Jellyvision - Medicare Content Library

As we built ALEX Medicare, we found that we needed a place to house supplemental information. Medicare is complicated. Participants in our early user testing said they wanted something that they could print out. So we created the Content Library. We created content taxonomies to organize materials based on relevance.

The Content Library itself was also interactive, using shared information to provide user-specific details.
